Days before the day of your move, MEGA Van Lines' Commercial Move Project Manager will meet with your company's move coordinator to work out the entire move process creating a move plan that includes:

•   Answering all moving questions
•   Recognizing and solving any potential problems
•   Establishing a time table for your move
•   Developing a floor plan for your new facility

One important question to consider is how much of the packing do you want your employees to do themselves:

•   For some businesses it makes more sense to have us pack their entire office from A to Z, freeing their employees to do more important tasks.
•    Others let employees pack only their own.
•   If you choose to do the packing yourself, we will provide you with the appropriate materials beforehand.
•   And our project manager will guide and assist your employees in packing what they can handle.
•   All other complicated packing tasks need to be handled by our more experienced crew.

•   Before the move our Project Manager and your Move Coordinator will go over your new facility's floor plan.

•   Together they will assign colors to each area, department or floors.
•   We will furnish you with special colored labels for your items and boxes that need to go to that respective area, department or floor. They are secured enough to stay in place while in transit.
•   These labels can also be numbered.
•   Our Commercial Moving Project Manager will make sure that all building requirements are complied with. A Certificate Of Insurance will also be provided.
